They would tell me camper would be ready the same day and I would be a week before I hear from anyone.

Two weeks later they had a technician help me set up the sway bars, put in a battery, and a few other small parts for free (minus the cost of the parts). They had some great advice about setting up a brake line so that the trailer breaks engage when I'm stopping. My only wish is they had more time to set up work sooner as they are very busy...isn't everyone though. I highly recommend leisure trailer for all your trailer needs whether you bought from them or not. read less

Our sales person Angie, was always in contact for every step of the way and courteous. Andrew the financial expert, explained and simplified everything so we could understand with ease. JT who did the demo with me explained everything on the use of the trailer, answers any questions you may ask. Service told us exactly when the trailer would be delivered and stayed in contact with any issues. Lastly the delivery was awesome, Gary was very caring and precise. Leveling and set up was perfect, if Gary wasn’t happy with something he would make sure we were perfectly satisfied. This is my third new trailer with Leisure and will always be my go to trailer shop
